The Wool Poppies have been hosting Hooker Hill Rug Retreat at ECCO since 2009 with qualified, enthusiastic teachers and many wonderful participants. Our goal is to enrich our craft through instruction and camaraderie with other rug hookers. We have a lot of fun too!
The Episcopal Conference Center Oakhurst (ECCO) is located just 12 miles from the South gate of Yosemite National Park & Mariposa Grove of Giant Sequoias and 40 miles from the iconic Yosemite Valley destinations. ECCO has been serving the religious, educational and non-profit conference and retreat needs of Fresno, Madera, Mariposa and the rest of California’s Central Valley since 1982. ECCO Provides lodging, meals prepared from fresh and wholesome foods, meeting space and a variety of recreational activities.
